Can I get to unlock my phone to work but not old SIM card just phone contacts

Have you reported your phone lost or stolen?

Are you trying to access contacts that were stored on your SIM?

No.but i want to report it now. My phone is missing. And would like to order a replacement card.

Thanks for coming here. 

The Community Support team have no access to your EE account, to report the phone as lost, you would need to call us on +44 7953966250.

Our Mobile Care team will block the phone and SIM card for you and send you a replacement SIM card with the same number.
