im on pay as you go and I’ve lost my phone and sim can I still keep the same number as I use it for work

Thanks for coming here.
To report the phone as lost, you would need to call us on +44 7953966250.
Our Mobile Care team will block the phone and SIM card for you and start an insurance claim if you have lost cover with us or send you a replacement SIM card with the same number.
