I want to leave, I've been on hold and then cut off 3 times. I need a PAC code

I am very frustrated as I would like to speak someone about leaving and no one has answered my call. It gets cut off after 30mins. I have tried several times over the past month. Help please!

@wren72  Request your PAC via text just text PAC to 65075 then just give the PAC to the new network, this will terminate your EE contract.   if you’re still within your contract term, you’ll be required to pay off the remaining term of that contract. Ideally you need to be in the last 30 days of your contract. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
