Hello good afternoon I wonder if you can help me with the pac of my old number two weeks ago I no longer have access to the number because I lost my cell phone and would like to transfer my number I hope you can help me thanks

What are the circumstances of "no longer have access to the number" - did you report the phone lost/stolen and get a replacement SIM?
