@Alanboy1958 : You need to call CS to report the loss & they will block it & send you a replacement SIM with the same no.

ring customer service and ask for a new sim to be sent as lost and they will send you a new one pre-activated

Thanks for coming here.
Please contact our mobile care team to report the phone as lost, by calling us on +44 7953966250, and select the option for lost and stolen as @XRaySpeX and @bradster have advised.
The team will block the phone and SIM card for you and send you a replacement SIM card with the same number.
