@Pfreeman147  then you need to call customer support and request a replacement SIM card or you can go to a store with in date photo ID and request a replacement SIM card there.  requesting a replacement SIM card will mean you retain your number. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
