I lost my sim card and I would like to know how can I order a new one.

Welcome to the EE Community.

If you need a SIM straight away, you can pop into one of our stores, and they can replace your SIM there and then for you.

To find your nearest store, just head to our store finder page and enter your postcode, and it will show the closest store to you.

Our How do I get a new SIM page explains other methods that you can obtain a SIM without needing to head to a store.
