I got a message a few days ago about receiving a esim replacement which I never authorised
I tried many times to call 150 but it never worked on that day
there is northing on the site to cancel said replacement request or to manage sims
now its been two days and Ive raised multiple complaints to nothing but a deactivated sim card
why on earth is there no online through computer ways of sorting this besides raising a complaint and moaning on here
its all just call this number, with what? with WHAT?

@Johngb There is an online and its via the EE app under help, it’s called live chat. Other than that you call. Can you please explain what you mean it didn’t work when you called 150. The moment you got that text you should be calling. You also need to inform your bank and anything else your number is linked too. And you can call customer services from any phone on +44 (0) 7953 966 25

Hello @Johngb ,do you know what number the message was from? This could be scam.
The reason there is no way of contacting EE customer service through computer is because this is a public forum, no one knows who you are and we have no account access. It is for everyone’s safety to contact customer service for any account related concerns.
You can manage SIM cards via your EE App, but I suspect this is a fraudulent sim replacement if you did not order it and best to report to the fraud department if that is the case.

I know this is a forum I did the complaints on the main site
It was all through 150 and when I called id get disconnected
There's no where that says ees app can be used for support so thanks for saying that you two
I don't get why it's 2024 Amazon and every other site has a support chat through site on pc but this one is archaic and crap only saying call this number
Btw with what, what can you call with when your phone is deactivated
All I can say it's don't bother doing the make a complaint link on their site it's pointless luckily the app works okay enough on this old fossil phone
Thankfully the community gets back to you quicker than the actually bloody company
