Hello, EE Community!
Unfortunately, I have lost my SIM card with the phone number Is it possible to replace the lost SIM card, and if so, what steps should I take to do so?
I would appreciate any advice and instructions on how to replace my SIM card.

Welcome to the community.
I am sorry to hear you've lost your SIM card.
If you give our Guides a call, they can access your account to get your existing SIM blocked and order a replacement SIM for you which would be sent in the post.
Alternatively, if you live near an EE store, you can go in store with photo ID, and they can replace the SIM for you there.

Thank you for your earlier response and for taking the time to assist me.
I’ve already contacted your Guides, who informed me that my previous number, is no longer active in the system due to inactivity and hasn’t been reassigned to anyone. Unfortunately, they mentioned that it is impossible to recover this number.
I fully understand the challenges involved, but I am in a very difficult situation. This number is tied to my Telegram account, where I manage a blog that is crucial for my work. To access my account, Telegram sends a verification code to this number. Without access to the number, I cannot log in to my account, and as a result, I’m unable to continue managing my channel or posting updates for my followers.
If I could temporarily regain access to this number, I would immediately update my Telegram account to use my current number to avoid this issue in the future.
I sincerely ask for your help and understanding. Is there any way, even as an exception, to reactivate this number or enable me to receive the Telegram verification code? This would mean a lot to me and help me resolve a very stressful and urgent issue.
Thank you for your time and consideration. I truly hope for a positive resolution.

I understand how important your number is to you. We don't have access to your account here of the forum so our guides over the phone are the best ones to advise on this. If they have said it's not possible to get it back, perhaps speaking to telegram to see if they have a way to update your number another way is the best next steps.
