Hello. Today I activated a new SIM card EE, I'm switching from VOXI. I filled out an application on the website, but at first it gave an error, and the second time they wrote that the PAC code was incorrect. I double-checked and contacted VOXI support to check the PAC code, I enter the correct code, but the website still says that I should check the correctness of the number. I can't call support, because I don't speak English very well. Please help me, what to do in this situation. Thank you 🖤

Try to process the PAC code on the EE SIM by texting PORT to 150 from it. It will then ask for the number you want to transfer, as well as the PAC code from VOXI. The service should text back with the time and date for it to complete by, or if there's an issue the team should reach out.
