Well having ordered a new SIM card from EE it has just been delivered.
Under tracked 48 too.
I opened the box and there os no SIM card there. In fact the box is empty apart from a bit of padding.
I even tore the padding apart in case I was missing something.
Currently waiting to get through; they estimated 30 minutes.
Having loaded the app on my existing mobile I thought I would try and and message them. Eventually I got to the part where you are going to actually contact someone and it said wait time was 50 minutes.
Not impressed so far.
