I can't get a PAC Number on a PAYG phone

I can't get a PAC number on my PAYG phone.  I have a new phone I want to activate on another provider and take my number as I have had it for a long time.  Can someone help me please?

@sybaris-2008  Providing your EE SIM card is still active you can text PAC to 65075 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
