I can now not make or receive calls

Please start a new thread rather than tacking onto someone else's - replies can very easily become confusing between two users otherwise. Your post has now been moved to a new thread, but has thus lost its detail.

Can you please explain your issue in as much detail as could be useful?

I set up a new device (iPhone 14) and the transferred my Sim into that phone. I can now not make or receive calls. If I make or receive a call, it says ‘the number you have dialled has not been recognised’ to whoever is dialling. Text and data are working

Does the SIM still work in your old phone?

It's unusual for incoming & outgoing calls to have the same audible announcement. For incoming calls, does it make any difference if caller-ID is sent or not?

For outgoing calls, does it make any difference whether you're dialling from your contacts list or manually?

Sim no longer works in old phone. Does the same thing. No difference if caller-ID is sent and no difference if calling manually. Even dialling 150 gives same outcome.

When you go to Settings > Apps > Phone, is the correct number showing under 'My Number'?
