Hi @Joshuva.
I'm sorry to hear you are looking to leave.
Please give us a call on 150 to request your PAC.

The PAC form says I need to enter additional verification in the form of a onetime pin. The pin was sent, but there was no place to enter it on the form!! I am, therfore, stuck

I have tried the leave EE page but this is not working, I tried texting PAC to 65075, get error the keyword you have given us is wrong. Called the 0800 freephone number, 30 minute wait. EE must be the worst provider going.

@Grandad1946
The Self-Serve options for PAC code work if you have only 1 line on your account.
If you have multiple lines with EE You'll need to Call our Customer Care team who can manually generate the PAC code for you.

You can text PAC to 65075 and it will send you a message with the PAC code, and also any charges on the account if still in a contract.
