Hi there
I want to leave EE and move to another provider. I was on a rolling contract.
how do I request a PAC code ?

Hi, hope you can help?
I've tried texting PAC to the above number, it says i am on a multiple contract and the main account holder has to request it. i am the main account holder, how do i get my pac code?

@LJMedland : You need to be set up as the Bill Payer under Account Settings > Manage Numbers . Then you can call CS for your PAC.

Hi try that Not working

- Signal dropping on the floor in Mobile Network discussions
- How long does it take a sim cancelled within the 14 day period, to leave my acct in SIM cards & Porting
- Ported number, no incoming calls or SMS, unable to speak to anyone in SIM cards & Porting
- Transfer eSIM between iPad and iPhone? in SIM cards & Porting
