If you need a PUK code to unlock your SIM card, you will need to contact your mobile service provider. The PUK code is a unique code that is associated with your SIM card and is used to unlock it if you have entered the wrong PIN code multiple times.
Here's how you can obtain the PUK code from your mobile service provider:
Locate your service provider's customer service number. You can usually find this on their website, on the back of your SIM card packaging, or in your service agreement.
Call the customer service number and follow the automated prompts to connect to a customer service representative.
Once you reach a representative, explain that you need a PUK code to unlock your SIM card. You may be asked to provide some personal information to verify your account.
Once the representative has confirmed your account, they will provide you with the PUK code. Write down the code and keep it in a safe place.
Enter the PUK code into your phone when prompted. You will also need to set a new PIN code.
If you enter the wrong PUK code multiple times, your SIM card may become permanently locked and you may need to purchase a new one. It's important to keep your PUK code in a safe place and not share it with anyone else.

@Merley14 : You'll find the PUK, to unblock your SIM after too many incorrect PIN attempts, in your online MyEE under Menu > Account Settings > Unlock your SIM.
