Do you have the original SIM card and can you receive texts to order the SIM card online? 

If not, you can order a replacement SIM card by giving us a call on 150 or 07953 966 150 and the team can get the SIM card posted to your account address, or you can visit an EE Store with photo ID to get the replacement.
