How do I contact EE from abroad when SIM has stopped working so cannot call / text or receive verification codes

The best way to contact Customer Care is to give us a call, where a guide will be able to help you. If it's a bit busy you'll be offered the option for a call back so you don't have to wait on the phone. Contact Us From Abroad| Help & Support - EE
Alternatively if you'd prefer to speak to our live chat guides you can do this through the EE app. Just click on the Help icon > Message Us
In the mean time, have you tried a manual network search on your phone to manually connect to a network?
