Hello.
My SIM card has been locked for some reason and I searched that I need my PUK code.
However, it says for me to click on 'Manage my Device' but this option doesn't exists to me and I need my PUK code. Honestly, EE is such a hard platform.

A PUK is required after entering your SIM PIN incorrectly 3 times.
You can find a PUK at the bottom of the "Plans & Subscriptions" section if you're using a desktop browser..

@iihtyso : You'll find the PUK, to unblock your SIM after too many incorrect PIN attempts, in your online MyEE under Home > Plans & Subs > Unlock your SIM / eSIM.
