How could I talk to a real person and transfer my number to EE

It is shame to see so hard to talk to a real person from EE. I want to transfer my phone number from Vodafone to EE. Sending my PAC code to 150 but seemed like there is a " Technique problem" and I need to wait for a call back. Waited for nearly 24 hours but no one called. Still going around to see how could I do this.

Vodafone has a on line chat and option to talk to a real human... shame to see EE does not have this

What makes you say there is a "technique problem"? What exactly did you receive by response to your PORT text to 150?

After I send my PAC code to 150. 150 replied: Hi from EE. Something has gone wrong with your PAC POrt-In-Request. and passed this to our Port-In-team  who will contact you within next 24 hour... Please wait to hear from us before attempting to complete this PAC request...

I do not know what is going on. I sent the PAC code which Vodafone sent over to me.

BTW... how can I talk to a real person?

Hi, I have been waiting over 24 hours and no one from EE actually called me, do you know if there is any way I can contact to talk to a real person?
