How do I transfer my old number?

Welcome to the community,

You need to get a PAC code from the network you are with and give it to EE, once you have your SIM card from EE, but can only do this if you have not already cancelled with them and moved to EE, you cannot do this retrospectively, that is so long as you are still with the network you have your old number then you can do this.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using Skype or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.
