Keep my old number

Hi I’m a new costumer and just today received my EE SIM CARD . I want to keep my old number , how to do this?

Hi @Tommm101 

Thanks for coming here. 

You will need to get a PAC from the other network and then fill out this quick form to transfer your number. 

If you submit the form before 5.30pm on a working day, we will endeavour to have your number transferred the following working day.

If your request is made after 5.30pm, or made on a weekend or bank holiday, your number will take two working days to transfer.
