How can I get a PAC code if my phone has stopped working?

I require a PAC code from EE as I'm looking to change to another service provider. My phone has stopped working (i.e. I'm unable to even switch it on). My understanding is that EE text the PAC code to your mobile. Is there another way that I can receive a PAC code (e.g. email)?
