Hello, I have an ee sim, but I cannot receive calls

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

Yes, I have a contract with ee and I am in the UK and my device is not from ee and Android. Yesterday I tried to contact customer service many times, but without a response, unfortunately, today I will go to the customer center, and if the problem is not resolved, I will terminate the contract and go to O2.

Yesterday I was able to make calls but I cannot receive calls and in all places the same problem

Does your phone show you are connected to the EE network?

Yes, I am able to send and receive texts while I am connected to the ee network

Do you have a local store near by?

I would recommend trying a replacement SIM.
