SIM card

It’s nearly two weeks since I ‘joined’EE from Plusnet,I haven’t received my SIM card but have received a text asking me to mark,out of ten,if I’m happy with the delivery.It wouldn’t send.Tried customer service but my brain is being fried by all of the options.HELP
