Hello, I have an ee sim, but I cannot receive calls

Replaced sim but same problem

I told them that I could not receive calls. They told me that I had to change the SIM card

I would recommend getting in touch with our technical care team who can run further tests @Ayman7

Do you have access to another phone?

I tried to call 150, but to no avail. They do not help. Yes, I have my daughter's phone
