Hey how y doing hope u good ?? Just wanna replace my sim cars cause I lost my phone got a new one and I oder a new sim card twice but never arrive can u help please

@Fallou-jah1  if you need a replacement SIM card i.e. with the same number that you had then you need to go to an EE store with in date photo ID to make this request there.   You cannot order a replacement SIM card online as you will not  receive the verification code because you don’t have the SIM card/number  that will receive this code
