Use your existing SIM. It has your upgraded plan on it.

To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband or Option 2 for Home Broadband & Home Phone

ISPs: 1999: Freeserve 48K Dial-Up > 2005: Wanadoo 1 Meg BB > 2007: Orange 2 Meg BB > 2008: Orange 8 Meg LLU > 2010: Orange 16 Meg LLU > 2011: Orange 20 Meg WBC > 2014: EE 20 Meg WBC > 2020: EE 40 Meg FTTC > 2022:EE 80 Meg FTTC SoGEA > 2025 EE 150 Meg FTTP

I lost my sim card for my previous phone but it was still connected to the EE network so I had no issues. I'm not sure what I did back then though

Order a replacement SIM online at Order a replacement SIM for £1.50 or phone CS for one. It will come as a Combi-SIM with all 3 sizes as push-outs.

What's the Esim option. Would that work or not?

Hi @Crazyclarkson,

Yes, you can use an eSIM with your Google Pixel 6.

Hope this helps. 🙂

James

Ive done that now but it says "sim not provisioned for voice" and isn't connecting to EE network and I can't use my data, calls or texts

Hi @Crazyclarkson,

Did you activate your SIM at myaccount.ee.co.uk/activate-sim?

Is your old phone still connected to the network to receive the security PIN required for the SIM swap?

James

Thank you. I didn't know that was a thing. My sim still isn't active but my guess is that it will take a bit of time?

Hi @Crazyclarkson

It can take up to 24 hours for the SIM card to activate.

Leanne 🙂
