I’ve seen similar requests on the forums but EE still hasn’t provided its customers with a method of recognising excellent levels of customer service, therefore please would a moderator send me a private message to which I can reply in order to do this.
I’m posting in this forum as my reason for contacting EE was to address a sim problem.
