Esim New phone

Hi ,
Ordered my new phone from EE with Esim - i. The meantime got my PAC number to transfer to EE and gave to them yesterday. To my surprise I was unable to activate Esim on the new phone !!! Called EE and they have been useless said they didn't know how to help !!! Today my BT phone has been disconnected because of the transfer and Esim still not activated , so I can't use either of the phones !!!! Can't even make an outgoing call.
Has anyone experiences this ?

Thanks for reaching out to us here on the EE Community!
With the switch from BT, your PAC shouldn't kick in and initiate the port until your EE SIM has first connected to the network.
Could you please let us know a bit more about what happened when you tried to download and activate your eSIM?
