Hi
I have a new EE SIM, I have an EE account and I'm trying to link my mobile number to the account. I keep getting told its not possible and come back when it's fixed. I have tried from my PC browser and the phone APP with no luck.
Any ideas ?

If you try on a different device or browser, does it do the same thing?

I have tried doing this on Chrome and Edge on my laptop, and on Chrome and the EE App on my phone. I can get to the stage of entering the new mobile number, receiving the confirmation code but when this is entered, this is when I get the error.
I have attached a pic of the error.

I recommend speaking with our Mobile Care team to see if they can link the accounts from our side for you.
