Hello. My name is Natalia Malesza 

I wanted to buy from your website only Roaming because I am in Poland now. I don't want to a new SIM card. Is it possible to cancel this order please ???? Don't send a new SIM card please!!!! Just I want the internet to work!

Have you ordered a new SIM?

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

I wanted to buy Roaming ... But in my email is: your SIM will be delivery by royal mail. 

How can I cancel this order ?
