I have recently started the switch from EE to virgin but I've changed my mind. Can I stop this online or do I have to call EE?

Hi,  Wanting to find out how a small business would go about appyling to have a phone mast installed on private land?

My router seems to be an issue since migrating from BT to EE. My issue is associated with access and often It cuts out entirely. Are there any way that I can improve my network?
