ESIM not working "Sim card not provisioned" No Service

I recently tried to install an eSIM on my Samsung Galaxy Note 20 but no dice. I scanned the QR, seemed to work. displays as an option - but with no service, can't send texts.

Was it a replacement SIM? Have you activated it at myaccount.ee.co.uk/activate-sim?

Hi James, thanks for replying, honestly I'm not sure, when I requested it does it not come activated?
I just tried following the activation steps but it says that it may disable my current SIM which I do not want, I still want my physical sim to work. Don't want to risk disabling that as I am in the States, not able to get a replacement easily.

You cant have both the physical and esim active at the same time, its one or the other.
And it will only disable your EE esim.
