I bought 3 sims, they were all 20£ each and included 50 gb of data and infinite calls and messages for one month. I activate both on two different phones and they work perfectly, but on the third phone the package isnt activating? Its asking me to pay 20£ extra to start my package

Hello!
Unfortunately no, the package has not started working yet. Every time i try to make a call it repeats the same thing - that i dont have enough credit to make a call.

Thanks for getting back to me @chixculub.
I'd recommend giving us a call from one of the other SIMs.
Our customer care team will be able to look into your account further.
Katie

Hi @chixculub.
You can call 150 from a EE handset or 07953 966 150 from any landline or provider.
Katie 🙂
