Thanks for taking the time to highlight this, @user85 😊

I've given this a test myself, and I'm able to get as far as the step you've shared here, but I see the payment options for GPay etc. 

I'm using Microsoft Edge on my BT WiFi connection, so if you haven't already I'd recommend seeing if you can test a different connection or browser.
