My eSim is not working since this mornings update- unable to call or use data. Also unable to access the SIM in settings as it's greyed out. WiFi calling also disabled so can't call EE help. And can't find an EE live chat for tech support .. I've contacted Google (pixel device) and it's an EE issue so they can't assist. I've messaged EE but says it could take 48 hrs to address! Contract is paid up to date, phone is a few months old in good condition. Any advice gratefully received thanks

EE CS can be contacted on 07953 966150 from any working phone

@Elijahjim : If you are on a mobile contract, Live Chat will be found under the Help section of the MyEE app.
