Resolved! Cannot link physical sim

Hi I recently took out an EE sim via mozillion. I cannot link my number in the EE app. It just says “ cannot link”. Has anyone had this problem?

Resolved! Duplicate eSIM number

I’ve just bought and installed a pay as you go eSIM for use while visiting the UK. It seems that someone else already has the phone number attached to my eSIM. Any advice on how to resolve this? Thanks in advance.
