New deal sim

Hi I have ordered a monthly pay as you go sim.will my old sim only payment stop or do I need to cancel this .if so how do I do this .I also want to keep my same number on new sim how do I do this.Thanks

I visited my local EE store to get help cancelling my spare SIM contract and was advised to call EE  on 150. That is proving not to be possible. Voice says lookout for text and then the line is cut. Tried other options on the menu to speak to anyone ...

Resolved! My Number has still not been ported over from O2

Good morning. Joss here, new to EE.Yesterday I put my pay monthly sim in to my phone 16/03/2023.  according 150 NUMBER I am still on a temporary Number. How long does it take to port my number over? I can not receive calls nor text. Thank you.

My number is 'supposed' to port tomorrow. Is there any way to check the status of it? As I havent really had any confirmation of the port as I put it through in check out
