Don’t want ESim

Hello, good morning! They sent me a phone with an eSIM option, but I don't want it; I would prefer a plastic SIM card. What should I do?

If you give our customer support team a call, they can order a replacement physical SIM card for you. Alternatively, you can request one by logging in to your account through the EE App or website, or by visiting your local EE Store with photo ID.
