I have 3 sims wit EE and now need to cancel one of them as it’s no longer needed. Spend ages trying to get through to customer sets only to have a digital voice tell me that there was a 45 minute wait to speak to someone so to either wait or try later.
Why is it so difficult to contact EE customer services all I want to do is cancel 1 sim. Even went into EE store and they directed me to ring 150 as they couldn’t do it.
What a shambles wish I had stayed with my previous provider

I am sorry to hear you have not been able to connect with an agent.
Did you call in the evening? sometimes call wait times can be a little longer than during the day.
