Changed from BT to EE

Hello,

I have changed from BT to EE and I have kept my old number .... contacts ringing my phone ring my old number and that is fine, but if I try to text them,  a new number pops up.  So how do I get phone calls and text messages to synchronise to the same number please?

Welcome to the community,

I presume you gave EE your PAC code to EE, which you would have requested from BT, when did you do this?

Nothing happens over the weekend.

Have you tried rebooting your phone to see if it shows up? 

What phone do you have? If an IPhone, have you switched iMessage and FaceTime off, rebooted the phone and then switched both on, to see if that solves it? You may need to do this by switching wifi off.

I have an iPhone and have done what you suggested and all is perfect once again.
