Good afternoon!

I recieved a message from EE stating that I could update my physical sim to an esim. Sounds good, but I'm totally baffled and getting ready to give up.

Can someone reply with the step by step method of doing the (Which buttons to click) to get from start to finish. CHEERS!

If you go to your EE App and then Profile in the top right, you can then go to Settings > Replace my SIM/eSIM and complete the process through there.

@MartinClift  You sure that was from EE ?    I’ve not yet seen EE doing that.  More importantly why would they ?

What phone are you using because if it’s an iPhone you can this onboard the device directly.   No need to open the EE app.
