Cant link my sim

Its been a week and i still cant link my sim to my account, its the right email still having issues, also customer service is so bad, they ended my calls as soon as i dialled in and im regretting having switched to EE now.

If it is saying that it is already linked, it would need our customer service guides to have a look at the account details and help to get it resolved.
I understand you have tried to call already, I would recommend trying again as they'll be able to help you.

What error messages do you receive.
Is this the same issue on the app and EE online site.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone. You can call Freephone +44 800 079 8586 on Skype
EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

The error shows it being linked already while it doesn't show under my account.
