I have purchased a new SIM on a £15 unlimited minutes plan, but it won't let me make any calls. It say I have £0. Why is this? I have registered my credit card details and it says it will take my first payment today.

What does texting AL to 150 from it fully report verbatim (it is free)?

It says for more information go to EE.
When I purchased the SIM card I imagined the £15 I paid covered the 1st month's cost. Is this the case?
My account says money will come out of my bank today so it might be that I cannot make calls until later today/tomorrow.

Yes, the £15 you paid will cover the 1st 1 month pack.
Maybe as your a/c says that the money will come out of your bank today it won't happen until later today.

Hi. I thank you for your help yesterday, it was much appreciated. I have spoken to EE today and it turns out there was a problem with how my account was working (or not working!) when it was initially set up. It kept showing there wasn't any credit, but a very helpful lady at EE managed to sort out the fault and everything seems to be working as it should now. Thanks again for your assistance.
