Cancel PAC transfer

Can I cancel PAC transfer request? I am trying to transfer my daughters existing mobile phone number (O2) to EE sim which is linked to my mobile phone account, I completed the online transfer form and it has arranged to transfer what was her old O2 number to take over my EE number instead of the new EE sim number!! HELP I don’t know how to stop this and risk losing my existing EE number!!

Tried to contact EE and they are out of office now!

 

Any advice or help much appreciated thanks

Fortunately no. ports don't happen over w/ends & Bank Hols.

How is it that she gave her PAC to your existing no. instead of the new SIM's no. that she presumably ordered?
