Hi i recently purchased EE sim card.

Upon placing the order, I provided the  PAC code for the transfer process. However, I've noticed that more than two days have passed, and the transfer is yet to be completed.

 

any advice?

....and to add....

If you've received your SIM, which day did you insert it into your phone?

19 th of December 

21 st  when the sim arrived bi have inserted the sim for the first time

I would recommend giving us a call on 150 so our customer care team can check the status of your port.

Not sure which of the dates you mention apply to which question, but a PAC is normally actioned the working day after submission. If your SIM was inserted 21/12 before approx 5pm, the PAC would have been submitted then, and your port-in ordinarily completed 22/12.

Any later, and the next working day for port-in will be 27/12
