I have an order that is processing. I want it cancelled, refunded, and this is the most important point - I DON'T WANT THE ORDER DISPATCHED. I repeat - I DON'T WANT THE ORDER DISPATCHED. Can someone tell me how to do it? Honestly it is completely insane that I can't just login to an account and cancel the order within 10 seconds of it being placed, how backwards a company does EE need to be in 2023 to not have automated order tracking and cancellations? I mean seriously?

why can't i do this online? on the phone it says the lines are closed

Not sure why we can't cancel an order online however you will have to wait till they are open to call them.

Try simply texting RETURN to 150 and follow the steps.
