@Fredpatlucy : Take phone & SIM into an EE shop with Photo ID & they'll transfer number, any SIM contacts & credit if applicable to a replacement SIM of correct size for free or order a replacement SIM for £1.50 by calling CS. It will come as a Combi-SIM with all 3 sizes as push-outs.

@Fredpatlucy  If it’s showing no service is this in more than one location?  Can you try enabling WiFi calling to see if this works ?  If WiFi calling works there’s nothing wrong with the sim and it’s a network issue in that location.  
Use THIS and click the check status tab to see if there’s an issue in your area.
