For the past five days my EE PAYG phone (Doogee Note 58)/sim has had no service, only receiving texts, including time sensitive ones, hours later in the middle of the night. Cannot make or receive any calls either. I'm in the NR4 7ET area of Norwich. Also, the phone is now showing the wrong number for my Sim card. Can anyone help on any of this please? Thanks in advance.

When did you last make a chargeable call or text.
Have you tried restarting your device.

As per always in this kind of situation, pretty much as soon as I sent my plea above it seems to have righted itself. 🙂
