I phone showing no sim and no service after restart

Had to wipe my i phone 16 to factory  settings and when all apps loaded on wifi i noticed that my sim is showing as no sim and i have no signal or data connection

  1. Are you on EE PAYG or pay monthly contract.
  2. Are you in the UK.
  3. Did you purchase your iPhone from EE.
